Summary:

As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, ensuring that projects align with organizational goals, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency in technology solutions, while also managing team dynamics and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procurement.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Experience with supplier relationship management.
• Ability to analyze and optimize procurement workflows.
• Familiarity with contract management and compliance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Procurement.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
