Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications tailored to specific needs. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands a proactive approach to managing project timelines and resources while continuously adapting to evolving requirements and challenges. Collaboration and communication are key, as the engineer navigates complex technical landscapes to deliver effective software solutions that meet organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in their tasks and professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
• Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to custom software solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft 365 Copilot with other enterprise systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable software architecture.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
