Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards through effective team management and communication.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and optimizing custom code for high-performance applications within SAP HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to work with in-memory computing technologies.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
