Project Role Description :

Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineering Lead, your day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle. You focus on aligning business and functional insights to craft comprehensive testing strategies. Your role includes overseeing the implementation of quality processes and methodologies, ensuring that testing activities are effectively managed and that key performance indicators are established to monitor test execution and defect management. Collaboration and strategic oversight are central to your daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of testing frameworks and quality assurance processes.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of quality objectives with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials.
• Strong expertise in quality engineering principles and testing methodologies.
• Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
• Ability to define and track key quality metrics to assess testing effectiveness.
• Skilled in defect management and resolution processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
