Your Role

As a Senior Technology Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of Accenture’s go-to-market strategy in Financial Services. You will lead strategic opportunities from early origination to contract signature, combining deep client understanding, commercial excellence, and technology insight.

You will:

  • Own and drive complex sales cycles, from opportunity identification to negotiation and deal closure
  • Engage C-level executives to address strategic challenges and position technology as a business enabler
  • Lead the creation of compelling, differentiated value propositions across Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data & AI, Core Banking modernization, Cybersecurity, and large-scale transformations
  • Orchestrate deal teams, working closely with our state-of-the-art technology ecosystem, commercial, legal, delivery, and account leadership teams
  • Shape business cases, commercial models, and financial structures that balance client value and Accenture growth
  • Develop and leverage strategic technology partnerships to build joint, market-leading offers
  • Drive origination initiatives and thought-leadership sessions to fuel pipeline growth

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in technology sales, business development, or consulting within Financial Services
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals and managing multi-million-euro client portfolios
  • Strong understanding of financial services technologies and transformation programs (Technology transformation, core systems modernization, application and infrastructure outsourcing, etc.)
  • Experience working with technology partners (cloud providers, data/AI players, software vendors)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • A mindset that combines strategic thinking, resilience, curiosity, and execution focus
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
