The professional continuously shapes strategic directions by integrating emerging concepts and maintaining a trusted advisor relationship with clients. Daily activities include guiding teams, fostering innovation, and ensuring that delivery outcomes align with both client expectations and organizational standards, thereby enhancing the overall reputation in the marketplace.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the adoption of innovative practices to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project goals and successful implementation.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and consensus on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and integration within human capital management systems.
• Experience in analyzing and designing technology solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for diverse teams.
• Skilled in collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive successful project delivery.
• Competence in managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving project needs.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
