Summary:

As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You will engage in discussions to ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require you to think critically and creatively to develop innovative solutions that enhance the overall architecture and functionality of the technology being implemented.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of client processes, using data, interviews, and observations to identify inefficiencies.
• Identify improvement opportunities, create business cases, and build transformation roadmap introducing digital, AI, and agentic enablers, including automation, to drive efficiency improvements and better customer experience.
• Develop and document optimized processes, considering cost, quality, technology integration, and user experience.
• Market and proposal development: Contribute to proposals by researching industry specifics and crafting AI-enabled and data-driven solutions aligned with client needs.
• Participate in client relationship management and business development activities, identifying new opportunities including opportunities for AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation adoption.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Provided advisory and implementation expertise to clients including use case and business case development for advanced technologies.
• Experience in delivering process improvement and / or process analysis initiatives
• Knowledge of common ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce)
• Knowledge of multiple Business Functions and common industry specific process-related challenges (such as Finance and Procurement, e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R, AP/AR, Finance, HR, Mortgages, Claims).

Additional Information:

• 5-7 years of experience working in management consulting, digital transformation and / or process consulting
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
