Summary:

As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle People Soft Payables. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, and designing efficient and user-friendly applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• People Soft FSCM 9,1 or above
• Should have experience in Functional Design Draft
• Knowledge of configurations / setups of People Soft Financials
• Knowledge of General finance fundamental concepts / processes
• Should have experience in new development, modifications / medium to complex customization Online pages, App Engines, App Packages etc
• Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications
• Should have knowledge of procure to pay functional domain
• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design and develop applications using Oracle People Soft Payables.
• Ensure the applications meet business process and application requirements.
• Perform unit testing and debugging of applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle People Soft Payables.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with People Soft Financials Procure to Pay, People Soft People Tools
• Knowledge of People Soft upgrade, App Designer, People Code, SQR, App Engine, App Packages, Integration Broker, PS/Query etc.
• Experience of financials modules like BI, AR, CM, KK, AP, Banking, AM, CM and GL
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience in application design and development using Oracle People Soft.
• Knowledge of People Soft Financials modules and their integration.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
• Sound understanding of People Soft Business Process flows and transaction

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle People Soft Payables
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A BE or BTech Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline is required.
