Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
• Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
• Assist in documenting solutions and troubleshooting steps to enhance team knowledge base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate timely resolution of system issues.
• Monitor system performance and report anomalies to ensure early detection of potential problems.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
• Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning related to SAP environments.
• Familiarity with managing system landscapes, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Understanding of database management and backup procedures within SAP systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP transports and system upgrades.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
