
HR Service Delivery Analyst ( Jap speaker )
About the role
What you'll do
- Perform a range of HR processes including but not limited to:
- Maintain and update Workday;
- Manage employee life cycle (Onboarding, LOA, exit, etc);
- Manage employee’s and HR’s queries and work with different stakeholders and partner with BHR to resolve issues or inquiries;
- Manage inquiries via chat;
- Run different audits and controls to make sure data is accurate;
- Drive for process excellence through innovation and process enhancement;
- Build and maintain good relationship with key stakeholders and counterparts and collaborate effectively;
Skills and experiences
- Prior HR support or related experience;
- Fluent English and Japanese skills are essential - min Japanese N2 Certified or Native Speaker;
- English Intermediate level of reading and listening skill;
- Excellent time management with ability to prioritize tasks and execute with minimal supervision;
- Proficiency in navigating MS Office (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Share Point, etc.);
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with colleagues and customers.
