Summary:

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that the infrastructure meets the needs of the organization, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. You will also engage in discussions to refine project goals and contribute to the overall strategy of the technology landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
• Strong understanding of database architecture and design principles.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of database systems.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies for database management.
• Knowledge of security best practices for database environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
