Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on process objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements in business workflows.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS).
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable process documentation.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
• Familiarity with business process modeling techniques and tools to visualize workflows effectively.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
