Project Role Description :

Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Micro Focus Unified Functional Testing (UFT)

Good to have skills :

Python (Programming Language)

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance the delivery and quality of applications throughout their lifecycle. Your typical day will involve continuous testing, including security, API, and regression testing, while also creating automation strategies and automated scripts. You will support data and environment configuration, participate in code reviews, and monitor defects to facilitate ongoing improvements in the testing process. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that the solutions delivered meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Develop and implement comprehensive automation strategies to enhance testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of quality solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus Unified Functional Testing (UFT).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language).
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience in creating and executing test cases and scripts for various applications.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting tools to monitor and manage issues.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Micro Focus Unified Functional Testing (UFT).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
