• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Continuously monitor industry trends to incorporate best practices into project execution.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Success Factors Performance & Goals.
• Strong understanding of performance management processes and goal-setting frameworks within enterprise environments.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Success Factors modules to meet client-specific requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels and ensure clarity in requirements gathering and solution delivery.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies related to SAP Success Factors.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Success Factors Performance & Goals.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
