Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead initiatives to improve team efficiency and effectiveness through innovative approaches.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Web Testing.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Selenium.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes related to web applications.
• Ability to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects to resolution.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Web Testing.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
