• Lead the design and architecture of Service Now solutions, encompassing custom applications and integrations, to meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.

• Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into effective technical designs.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring successful execution of Service Now projects and adherence to best practices.

• Stay abreast of Service Now platform advancements and emerging trends, driving innovation and recommending improvements to existing implementations.

• Ensure that Service Now solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable, aligning with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years in Service Now development and architecture, with a proven track record in designing and implementing complex solutions.

• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Service Now scripting languages.

• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams in delivering high-quality solutions.

• Exceptional communication and consulting skills, with experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
