Join Accenture’s CFO & Enterprise Value (CFO&EV) practice, where we help organizations unlock sustainable business value through finance transformation, operating model innovation, analytics, digital technologies, and strategic decision-making. As a Finance Senior Analyst, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to solve complex finance challenges, improve business performance, and support long-term growth initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to combine finance expertise with consulting capabilities, helping organizations modernize finance functions, strengthen business insights, and drive meaningful transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support finance transformation and enterprise value initiatives across a range of industries
- Analyze financial performance, business processes, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Assist in the design and implementation of finance operating models, processes, and governance frameworks
- Contribute to finance technology, analytics, and reporting transformation projects
- Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prepare presentations, and communicate findings effectively
- Participate in project delivery activities while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of combined experience in finance, corporate finance, financial analysis, management consulting, or strategic consulting
- Understanding of finance processes, performance management, financial planning, or operating model transformation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
- Experience working with financial data, business case development, and performance reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to finance transformation, shared services, or enterprise value initiatives
- Knowledge of finance technologies, analytics platforms, or reporting tools
- Experience supporting business process improvement or digital transformation programs
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent are advantageous
- Consulting experience within a professional services environment is preferred
