Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in designing and developing software applications that integrate data analytics components.
• Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools to effectively communicate findings.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and ensure data quality and integrity throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Skilled in problem-solving and troubleshooting within data-driven application environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Analytics.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
