Project Role: Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description: Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary:

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products, both remote and onsite. You will work on various platforms, implementing technology at the operating system-level and performing basic and intermediate level troubleshooting tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced knowledge and technical expertise in Rubrik backup solutions, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Lead the deployment and integration of Rubrik systems within the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Design and manage backup strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
• Create detailed documentation and conduct training sessions for IT teams on Rubrik systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align backup strategies with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Keep abreast of Rubrik technology advancements and industry best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Rubrik systems, cloud platforms, and virtualization technologies.
• Proven experience in Rubrik backup solutions and data protection technologies.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of server and network configurations.
• Familiarity with operating system-level technology implementation.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Backup and Recovery Systems.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
