THE WORK:

Join us to work as a Refurbishment & Spare Parts Management Consultant focusing on projects related to repairable components for Industrial Equipment clients. You will be exposed to service-oriented or aftermarket business models enhancing with focus on repair loop, lifecycle of spare parts and integration scenarios of service logistics within SAP.

You will work in a dynamic project environment supporting with your hands-on experience the spare parts planning concepts, empowering development path toward Service & Maintenance domain expertise in SAP. You will support end-to-end service and repair scenarios, ensuring that spare parts and refurbishment processes are properly integrated across maintenance, logistics and finance streams.

In your daily work, you will support:

• Design refurbishment processes in SAP, ensuring correct handling of repairable components within the maintenance lifecycle.

• Support concept of full repair loop scenarios, including: defective component removal, refurbishment order processing

• repaired component return to stock

• Configure and maintain refurbishment BOMs and cost tracking logic for repair activities

• Support spare parts processes within maintenance execution, including: spare parts master data, maintenance BOM integration

• component reservations in maintenance orders, goods issue and consumption posting

• Support proper integration across E2E process blocks in SAP: PM ↔ MM (component reservation & goods movement), PM ↔ EWM (warehouse picking & staging), PM ↔ FI/CO (cost tracking of repairs and parts consumption)

• Higher education, minimum bachelor's degree or technical equivalent (Engineer)

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working for industrial clients

• Experience in SAP PM activities (maintenance & service domain)

• You have practical knowledge in refurbishment orders, maintenance BOM, spare parts processes and logistics

• Wider understanding of dependencies between tech. and business is a plus

• Relevant knowledge from any other Equipment-heavy Industry area is a big plus.

• Practical knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, GPT)

• Practical knowledge of project management methodology (waterfall and/or agile and/or scrum)

• Excellent communication skills in English is a must. German, French is a plus

• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Jira and Confluence proficiency are welcome
