Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team members while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Should have knowledge on Cards issuing and cards transactions & cards payments / Core Banking
• Should be able to analyze the application functionality and understand the business analysis
• Discuss with external stakeholders and confirm the feasibility of implementing the business requirement and challenge wherever possible
• Strong knowledge in Application Architecture understanding and challenge the Architect
• Proactive and flexible to take any role which is urging to meet/implement the plan
• Should have idea on GEN AI / Agentic AI implementation for Reverse and Forward Engineering for the SDLC phases

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud deployment.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
