As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business process and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and provide seamless functionality. Continuous evaluation and refinement of the applications are part of the daily routine to maintain optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
• Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing Salesforce Conga CPQ solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce Conga CPQ with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Conga CPQ implementations.
• Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Skilled in analyzing business processes and translating them into technical specifications for application development.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
