As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The position demands continuous alignment of software solutions with organizational goals, focusing on delivering scalable and high-performing systems. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system performance.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and cost controlling within enterprise resource planning environments.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures tailored to business needs.
• Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect custom software with existing systems.
• Skilled in performance optimization and ensuring software reliability under varying workloads.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
