Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of the projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and implementation of Amazon Connect solutions.
• Design conversational IVR and virtual assistants using Amazon Lex.
  -Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, CRM, and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer experience requirements.
  -Design scalable cloud-native contact center architectures.
• Guide development teams and conduct technical reviews.
  -Implement secure and resilient cloud architectures following AWS best practices.
• Support production deployments and resolve complex technical issues.
• Mentor team members and establish development standards.
• Evaluate and adopt Generative AI capabilities using Amazon Bedrock where applicable.
