Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, play integration architect role on o9 implementation projects. Typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous alignment of development efforts with overarching business goals, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and maintain high performance. Collaboration across various teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, fostering an environment where innovation and quality standards are consistently upheld.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.

• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with strategic business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
• Experience in managing software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management within enterprise environments.

Additional Information:

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
