Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize innovative solutions that enhance user experience and backend functionality. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach to your work.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify areas for enhancement and implement necessary changes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Blue Yonder Demand Planning.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud technologies and services, particularly in deploying scalable applications.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling techniques.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Blue Yonder Demand Planning.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
