Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge of project efforts, coordinating activities, and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands overseeing the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals, and facilitating smooth communication among various teams to drive successful delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure integration and alignment of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and HANA database integration.
• Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within SAP environments.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in SAP ABAP for HANA systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
