We´re seeking a Insurance Senior Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager with a strong background in the insurance industry and proven technical expertise to lead strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and drive digital transformation in insurance products and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead insurance strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.

• Oversee technology-enabled projects, including digital transformation and process improvements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to define solutions and deliver results.

• Mentor and develop high-performing teams to support growth and performance excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• 8+ years of experience in the insurance sector with technical project involvement.

• Strong understanding of insurance products, risk management, and technology solutions.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
