Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• Experience in designing and implementing data models that optimize performance and support complex business reporting requirements.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices within enterprise environments.
• Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data integrity through effective transformation and loading techniques.
• Familiarity with integration of SAP BW/4HANA solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
