About the Role

We are a team of Supply Chain Management (SCM) experts focused on Supply Chain Planning and enabling technologies. We support global clients in end-to-end supply chain transformation journeys—from defining the North Star vision and Target Operating Model, through solution design and implementation, to change management and value realization.

The Work

• Participate in or lead end-to-end supply chain planning transformation and system implementation projects for international clients

• Lead workstreams or teams across key planning areas, including:

• Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / S&OP

• Demand & Supply Planning

• Inventory Optimization

• Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling

• Act as a functional lead or project manager across all delivery phases: discovery, design, build, test, and deployment

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions

• Drive adoption of leading SCM planning tools (e.g., o9, Kinaxis, OMP, SAP IBP/ePPDS)

• Support business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations (Manager level)

We are seeking experienced Consultants and Managers with strong expertise in supply chain planning and transformation.

Core Expertise (at least one area):

• Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / S&OP
• Demand Planning
• Supply Planning / Master Scheduling
• Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling

Required Experience

• Hands-on experience with at least one leading planning solution: o9, Kinaxis, OMP, SAP IBP, or ePPDS
• Proven track record in designing supply chain planning processes, operating models, and digital solutions
• Experience in full lifecycle implementations (design → build → test → deploy), upgrades, or optimization initiatives
• Experience with system configuration based on business requirements / solution design
• Experience in test preparation and execution (test cases, test plans, UAT)
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
• Consulting experience is a strong plus

Qualifications

• Manager:

7+ years of relevant experience

• Consultant:

4+ years of relevant experience

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European language is a plus (German, French, Spanish, Italian)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in distributed, multicultural teams
