Summary:

As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, a typical day involves collaborating closely with client project teams to offer specialized knowledge and guidance. This role requires active engagement in understanding project requirements and ensuring that solutions are designed and delivered effectively. The position demands continuous interaction with various stakeholders to align project goals and facilitate smooth execution, contributing to the overall success of the initiatives undertaken.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks impacting project delivery and team performance.
• Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeam Backup and Replication.
• Strong knowledge of backup and disaster recovery concepts and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing data protection strategies using Veeam solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex backup and replication issues in diverse environments.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms and their integration with backup solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing backup performance and reliability.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Veeam Backup and Replication.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
