Summary:

The professional collaborates closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements and develop use cases that address both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively support operational objectives. This position demands a thoughtful approach to process improvement and cross-functional collaboration throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance overall business performance.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity in project objectives.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Administration.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies related to AWS environments.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards within cloud platforms.
• Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud resources to ensure high availability and performance.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline cloud operations and maintenance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Administration.
• This position is based at our Kolkata office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
