• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Ensure security, performance, and responsiveness

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Advance Front End Development Node Js.
• Required Skills: Frontend: React, Angular, Backend: Node.js, Python
• Strong experience in developing scalable and maintainable front-end architectures.
• Expertise in integrating front-end components with back-end services with Strong full stack development experience and Experience with AI/ML tools .
• Ability to work with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries to build responsive user interfaces.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing front-end applications.
• Develop and maintain scalable full stack web applications using node and Java

Script UI frameworks:

• Integrate AI/ML models into applications to enhance functionality.
• Build APIs including AI-driven features and data exchange
• Support CI/CD, code reviews, and agile delivery
• Knowledge of REST APIs, databases (NoSQL), and cloud (AWS) with Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Advance Front End Development Node Js.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
