About the Role

We are looking for a senior advisor with deep expertise in corporate and commercial (wholesale) banking to support strategic transformation initiatives. The role combines management consulting,subject matter advisory, and project leadership, working closely with senior executives across business, risk, operations, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on strategic priorities across corporate & commercial banking.
• Lead operating model improvements, covering organization, process, and ways of working.
• Drive credit & lending process enhancements across the end-to-end lifecycle.
• Support transaction banking product development and partnership/ecosystem initiatives.
• Work with technology and data teams to align business requirements with practical solutions.
• Review deliverables and provide quality assurance to ensure actionable outcomes.
• Coach and guide client and internal teams to elevate analysis and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate/commercial banking or banking consulting, with senior-level responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of wholesale banking operating models, credit processes, and risk-related decisioning.
• Experience in credit, lending, and transaction banking products.
• Proven track record in business and technology transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including at executive levels.
• Familiarity with major banking systems (e.g., loan origination, core banking, risk platforms).
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technology requirements.
