Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines and integrate various ecosystem components to ensure seamless application lifecycle management. Your role includes executing continuous testing practices focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression testing. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts while managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in the testing workflow to uphold high-quality standards throughout the development cycle.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.
• Assist in the documentation and refinement of testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously monitor testing outcomes and suggest improvements to optimize quality assurance efforts.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus Load Runner.
• Experience in designing and executing performance and load testing scenarios using Micro Focus Load Runner.
• Strong understanding of continuous testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
• Ability to create and maintain automated test scripts and manage test data and environment configurations.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools and participation in code review processes to ensure quality standards.
• Capability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve application performance and reliability.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Micro Focus Load Runner.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
