Summary:

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works closely with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms. Attention to maintaining compatibility and seamless operation across different environments is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering a reliable and efficient application ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in developing and customizing user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning framework.
• Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce components with external systems through APIs.
• Familiarity with declarative development tools and low-code platforms within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Understanding of best practices for performance optimization and security in Salesforce applications.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
