A new area within Accenture Hungary is Industry X, an advanced, digitally-enabled planning and investment approach for manufacturing and asset-intensive industries. In your role within the Industry X team, you’ll help clients take advantage of significant market opportunities as digital technology moves across industries. You’ll help them transform their product, manufacturing and product-related service value chains. Responsibilities:

• Project management & scheduling: Plan, control, and monitor large-scale infrastructure projects with a focus on schedule, cost, and quality

• Stakeholder management: Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and manage interfaces between clients, authorities, and service providers

• PMO methods & tools: Use and further develop digital project management tools to ensure efficient steering and documentation

• Reporting & communication: Prepare status reports, organize workshops and meetings, and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders

What You Bring:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field

• Initial experience in project management or project scheduling, ideally within infrastructure or energy projects

• Knowledge of project management standards (IPMA, PMP) and digital PM tools

• Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable working style

• Excellent communication skills in German and English

• Willingness to travel occasionally

Nice to Have:

• Experience with large-scale energy infrastructure projects

• Hands-on knowledge of modern scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
