What would you do? Lead a team of recruiters delivering end-to-end hiring for assigned demand. Own daily work allocation, SLA governance, slate quality, and first-level escalations; coach recruiters and unblock stakeholders while managing a small set of critical requisitions where required.
Talent Acquisition involves identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. This includes creating job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The goal is to fill positions with the best talent efficiently. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is essential for building a strong and capable workforce.
Filter applications using screening methodology to ensure the right skills are evaluated and the selected candidates have the right competencies to do the job. Ensure proper training of interviewers and conduct reference, certification and background checks.
What are we looking for? Education: Graduate Degree
Total Years of Experience: 7–10 years of recruiting experience
Total Years of Role Specific Experience: 4+ years in full lifecycle recruiting with team/lead responsibilities (US staffing preferred)
Team leadership, coaching & performance support
SLA governance & throughput management
Quality review (sourcing/screening/slate readiness) & ATS hygiene
Stakeholder management & escalation handling
US hiring/staffing exposure
Risk identification, prioritization & pipeline planning
- Must have US staffing experience along with the other mandatory skills.
- Needs to meet the sourcing criteria & within the standard compensation bracket for the role; basic communication skills to be put through for written assessment.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Coordinate hiring requests by aligning requirements, priorities, and progress updates between the team and hiring stakeholders. - Allocate requisitions/orders across recruiters based on priority, complexity, and capacity; manage daily throughput.
- Review sourcing, screening, and candidate quality before submissions; drive improvements in conversion and quality.
- Track and govern SLAs (time-to-submit, response TATs, interview scheduling readiness); course-correct bottlenecks.
- Act as first-level escalation point for hiring team/candidate issues; ensure timely closures and clear comms.
- Coach team on sourcing strategies, screening quality, ATS hygiene, and stakeholder management; onboard new joiners.
- Own talent-care responsibilities including associate engagement management, assignment oversight, and periodic associate/consultant check-ins once deployed on assignment.
- Conduct technical screening and assessments for all open roles and positions, as applicable.
- Work Model & Shifts: WFO; comfortable with US shift coverage as business requires.
- Must be nearer to the target on skill/knowledge required should be put on hold and considered again depending on the available pipeline to meet hiring targets.
- Need to fit the role requirement but above the standard compensation offered should be referred to delivery/transition lead for decision.
