Summary:

As a Solution Architect, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will translate client requirements into innovative and effective solutions. Your day will involve collaborating with various teams, including Sales Pursuit and Delivery, to ensure that the solutions developed are not only deliverable but also align with the client s value proposition and business objectives. You will leverage your expertise to create tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring that all aspects of the project are considered and addressed. Your role will also require you to stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide the best possible outcomes for clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance.
• Mentor junior professionals to develop their skills and understanding of the solutions architecture process.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Experience with data modeling and visualization techniques to enhance decision-making processes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
