Data Management involves the process of collecting, storing, organizing, and maintaining data. It ensures that data is accurate, accessible, and secure. The goal is to support decision-making, improve efficiency, and comply with regulations by effectively handling data throughout its lifecycle. Primary skillsets often include Data Engineering with AWS. We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Consultant to own and manage the infrastructure and data platform supporting warranty claims analytics. This role focuses on building, operating, and optimizing cloud-native data pipelines and platforms on AWS, ensuring reliability, scalability, observability, and automation through modern DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
What are we looking for? • 6+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or data platform engineering roles • Strong proficiency in AWS, including Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, and scheduling mechanisms • Hands-on experience with Datadog for monitoring and observability • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Git • Strong experience in data modeling for analytics and data platforms • Hands-on experience writing and managing Terraform templates • Solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps best practices • Experience working with PaaS (Platform as a Service) environments • Experience supporting warranty or claims data platforms • Familiarity with data lake and data warehouse architectures • Experience with AWS security, IAM, and cost optimization • Exposure to Agile / DevOps operating models

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain AWS-based data infrastructure for warranty claims platforms • Develop and manage AWS services including Glue jobs, Lambda functions, Step Functions, and job scheduling workflows • Ensure platform reliability, performance, and scalability through proactive monitoring and optimization • Implement and maintain observability using Datadog for logging, metrics, and alerting • Develop and maintain data pipelines and platform components using Python and SQL • Design and maintain data models to support efficient storage, processing, and analytics of warranty claims data • Use Terraform to build, version, and manage infrastructure-as-code templates • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments • Support and optimize PaaS-based services and integrations • Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to support evolving platform needs • Ensure security, governance, and compliance best practices across the platform
