Summary:

As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading the integration of innovative practices within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence both client and organizational strategies. This role requires engaging closely with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions that align with best practices, and fostering trusted advisor relationships. The position also includes collaborating across various teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology-driven business transformations, while continuously enhancing the reputation of the organization through thought leadership and strategic insights.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies to improve delivery outcomes.
• Mentor and support junior team members to build their capabilities and confidence.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Success Factors People Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in designing and implementing technology-driven business process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and practical solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Success Factors People Analytics.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
