Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Ensure the quality and maintainability of code through thorough testing and documentation.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously explore and implement improvements to development processes and tools.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Sterling Commerce.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing software solutions using modern development frameworks.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry standards.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative development cycles.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
• Good understanding of system integration and data flow within enterprise applications.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM Sterling Commerce.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
