Summary:

As a Salesforce Delivery Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned to business and revenue transformation goals. You will drive end-to-end Quote-to-Cash implementations, manage cross-functional teams, and engage with stakeholders to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME in Salesforce platform, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams, collaborate and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
• Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development.

• Risk, Issues, Delivery tracking, Status Reporting, team management

Professional & Technical Skills:

This is for Salesforce Project role with experience in Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud , Service Cloud, Experience Cloud

Must Have Skills:

• Proficiency in CPQ, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and customization skills,
• Experience in implementation of integrations
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
• CPQ APIs and integrations
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
• Strong client-facing & stakeholder management skills

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 year full time education is required.
