Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
• Continuously monitor and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SOA BPEL Process Manager.
• Experience in designing and implementing service-oriented architecture solutions.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with XML, Web Services, and related communication protocols.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle SOA BPEL Process Manager.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
