Summary:

As a User Experience Designer, a typical day involves closely examining how users interact with products and services to understand their needs and behaviors. This role requires observing user tasks and workflows to identify opportunities for enhancing usability and satisfaction. The designer collaborates with various teams to ensure that the user experience is intuitive, efficient, and engaging, continuously refining designs based on user feedback and evolving requirements. The focus remains on creating seamless and meaningful interactions that align with user expectations and business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
• Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform design improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive user experience strategies.
• Contribute to the development of user experience documentation and guidelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Motion Graphics Design.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Visual Design.
• Strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Ability to create engaging and effective motion graphics that enhance user interaction.
• Familiarity with design software and tools relevant to motion graphics and user experience.
• Capability to translate user needs and behaviors into visually compelling design solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Motion Graphics Design.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
