As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the delivery of comprehensive engineering services by contributing to the development of technical solutions that address complex challenges. The role requires collaboration across various engineering disciplines, including structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. The practitioner actively participates in problem-solving activities, applying a blend of scientific, socio-economic, and technical knowledge alongside practical experience to meet business goals. This position demands a proactive approach to understanding project requirements and assisting in the seamless execution of engineering tasks within a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
• Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
• Assist in documenting and maintaining engineering processes and technical data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication and project progression.
• Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on engineering practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing engineering workflows and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Structure Repair Manual Authoring Guidelines.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and their application in repair manual authoring.
• Familiarity with technical documentation standards and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
• Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly within multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards in technical documentation.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Aircraft Structure Repair Manual Authoring Guidelines.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
