We are looking for a Strategy and Consulting Consultant to our CFO & Enterprise Value team in Oslo.

To succeed in the role you are a driven, ambitious, and proactive leader who enjoys drawing and explaining the bigger picture, while still having a practical approach and expertise. You will drive business development efforts and identify new opportunities as well as ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

What you will do

• Strategic finance operations development and enterprise performance management
• Integrated operating model and shared service center design and establishment
• Finance platform transformation and organization restructuring
• Budgeting, planning, and forecasting development
• Finance process development and optimization
• Performance management design and development
• Automation projects including RPA / AI
• Strategic cost reduction and operational efficiency
• Pricing strategies
• As well as develop the business and lead our people

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Accounting, Finance or Industrial Engineering / Management with excellent academic performance
• Strategy and/or management consulting experience related to the CFO Agenda (e.g., finance transformation, enterprise performance management, finance operating model, platform transformation) that impacts the finance functions in various organizations.
• Experience from Enterprise Performance Management, Value Realization Office, Zero-Based, Integrations & Migrations, Finance Transformation, Business Turnaround, Mergers & Divestitures.
• Exposure to Oil and Gas industry would be an asset, but not required
• Experience from diverse projects and teams
• Fluent in Norwegian and have experience with written and oral presentations in English, conducting interviews and workshops facilitation
• The position will report to CFO & EV Lead and workplace is Oslo, Norway. Some travel should be expected.
