As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Strong knowledge of sales and distribution processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in customizing and configuring SAP SD modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP SD and other modules or external systems.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP SD functionalities.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
