• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance software solutions.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align software architecture with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns.
• Experience with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and provide scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed system design.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
