Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that address unique business requirements. The role includes coding and refining various components within systems or applications, ensuring they meet performance and scalability standards. Working within an agile environment, the engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and adapt software products, delivering high-quality results that align with evolving project goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering, Generative AI.and Agentic AI
• Strong knowledge of system monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning to maintain reliable and scalable services.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting to streamline operational tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Ability to analyze system performance metrics and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure high availability.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration to support modern deployment environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
